Berkeley Lab’s Projects & Infrastructure Management Division (PIMD) offers training for Berkeley Lab staff managing new and upcoming facilities and capabilities. PIMD supports workforce in training to continuously improve program and project management and core system skills, competency development, and project completion.
Berkeley Lab’s Project Management Office (PMO) offers training for project team members involved in projects at LBNL that follows a certified Earned Value Management System (EVMS). The PMO is responsible for the development and oversight of training materials and training records.
